ShippingKen's Landscape Designs will ship most orders by USPS First Class and insure the package for the value of its contents. Certain large or bulky items may require frieght delivery and will need to be arranged with customer. All orders paid by credit card or money order will be fulfilled within three days. Orders paid by personal check will be shipped after the check has cleared. ReturnsIf you are not satisfied with the item(s) you receive, they may be returned within 10 days for a full refund (minus shipping and a 10% restocking fee). Before returning any item, please call us at 860-292-8524 or send an email to webmail@kenslandscapedesigns.com to obtain return instructions and to discuss the reason for the return. Failure to follow this procedure will delay your refund. WarrantyItems purchased from Ken's Landscape Designs are warranted against defects for ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. If a problem arises as a result of our construction, we will repair the item at no cost to you or issue a merchandise credit, if it cannot be repaired.
